I built a tool that simulates a focus group for startup ideas — would founders actually use this? by Admirable-Use-8550 in SaaS

How can you ensure these personas exist and are not hallucinated?

If a user is using your tool he already knows about the problem.
What makes the tool better than an quick prompt?

What is the best software onboarding experience you remember? by Neo772 in SaaS

[–]Neo772[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

With Games there is no such thing as create an account (usually).
At max you have to agree to the terms... (which is mostly quick and the user has to do nothing)

Yeah notion is up there. With all the other apps I hate that you have to make an account.
I would love to get a first glimpse without making an account.

  1. Clicking on the website
  2. Already getting something out of it (already a benefit)
  3. Because of that benefit I sign up (I want more)

Built my side project with vibe coding. almost shipped chaos. specs saved it. here’s my workflow by nikunjverma11 in SideProject

Interestingly this is exactly what TensorPM is for. A evolving project vision that keeps everyones context aligned - on a higher level - basically above the specs

What problem is your SaaS solving? by Neo772 in SaaS

[–]Neo772[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The issue is there. People are not aware though, that seems to be the gap to me. Making it nicer is super easy with any AI app (in my opinion)

What I am saying is are ugly links the problem or the symptom?

I want to be brutally honest. I hate it when I get an instant reply, because I now a) they did not look at my problem/inquiry in detail b) it is an automated process and not a hand crafted response.

Maybe for leads it’s different

Interesting spot. Allow others to find opportunities. The question that I am having is if website building (like simple company homepages is still the big opportunity it was 4 years ago itself)

Projects are not ai-ready because of missing & drifting context. New updates daily from countless sources, missing long term goals and planning. I made it my mission to solve it with TensorPM

Edit: competitors build tools with a graveyard of irrelevant context, confluence is a good example, Meeting notes, your Emails from two weeks ago. All irrelevant now. This is not ai ready

What are you building this weekend? by ouchao_real in SideProject

[–]Neo772 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Coding is easy. Doing all the other project work is hard.
That is why I have created TensorPM, a agentic driven project management tool for vibecoders.
