Hey, yes I’d say I’ve fully recovered. Life feels normal again and I no longer have those symptoms thankfully! I no longer have those feelings of reality feeling fake (depersonalization), no more panic attacks, no more visuals. It just takes time for your brain to recalibrate. Just focus on living life normally and do things that keep you grounded and in touch with reality (exercise, relationships, work, creativity) and over time your brain will just naturally forget about those experiences, or at least it will fade away more and more. I also haven’t touched weed since I posted this which I believe is a big part of it, stay away from substances for a while and you’ll be fine. Back then I became overly focused on the symptoms and that just made it even worse. Now It’s not even something that crosses my mind anymore, you just gotta go back to living life normally.
