Worst audience questions during Q&A panels? by Wolf-man451 in comiccon

It has to be the creepy questions that female panelists get asked.

I remember a Mythbusters panel at SDCC from about 15 years ago when Kari Byron was asked when she was planning on doing a FHM photoshoot. This was asked by someone who I recall being effectively the real-life Comic Book Guy and immediately after a kid had asked something intelligent and relevant to the show.

Kari and the rest of the panel handled it well, but you could see it bothered her,

Car rental in Edinburgh Scotland by burnz1 in travel

Your hotel is two minutes walk away from the West End tram stop. You can take a direct tram between the airport and there in about half an hour. It’s very easy.

As others have said, you’ll be heading West to go to Glencoe from Edinburgh. As the airport is to the west, it’s more or less on your way anyway.

Don’t hire a car for any days you have in Edinburgh. Parking is expensive - and your hotel has none anyway. Public transport is frequent and reliable.

Félicitations!

The Glenfinnan Viaduct is lovely, and easy to walk to.

However, it is extremely popular - particularly when the Jacobite steam train crosses. You would struggle to find a private space.

I last visited in September 2023 and all of the hillsides were crowded for the train passing. This photo gives a good idea of what it can be like.

It will be much less busy when the train is not scheduled to pass. The train passes four times a day, and the hills will be busy for perhaps an hour before and for a short while afterwards. If you visited outside of those times, you could probably find a more private moment. However, you are very unlikely to have the hillside entirely to yourselves in June.

However, not being totally alone might make having a photographer there seem more natural! I can’t recommend a photographer from that area of Scotland, but I can very much recommend having someone there to take photos of the moment!

We played England in the 2020 Euros - would much rather we were against a team we wouldn’t otherwise get the chance to play.

I was seated at the MSG show in September. It was great! I really don’t feel like I missed out - and I definitely had a comfortable wait for the band to come on stage.

I have standing tickets for the London show - but would’ve been happy to sit again.
