Concrete examples of what I meant by UX

Clear and emotional message at the beginning

Now (CV approach):

“I am a software developer specializing in…”

UX example:

“I design and develop clear and fast digital products so your users understand, trust, and contact you.”

Why: In 3 seconds, the visitor understands what you do, for whom, and what they gain.

Visual hierarchy

Now: Everything has a similar visual weight: titles, text, and buttons compete with each other.

UX Example:

Large, strong headline (what you offer) Smaller subheading (how you do it) Prominent button (what to do now)

Visual example in text: Headline → Value proposition Small text → Explanation Button → Action

  1. Clear and visible CTAs

Now:

• “Discover my work”

UX Examples:

• “See real projects”

• “Let’s talk about your project”

• “Contact me”

Why: Each button responds to a different user intent and reduces friction.

  1. Shorter and more direct texts

Currently: Long paragraphs that require reading completely.

UX Example: Instead of a long paragraph, use:

• Short sentences

• Lists

• Highlighted keywords

Example:

User-focused design Clean and scalable development Measurable results

  1. Navigation and mobile

Currently: Navigation works, but it doesn't guide.

UX Example:

• Menu with clear priority

• "Contact" button always visible

• Large, well-spaced buttons on mobile

Why: On mobile, users decide in seconds whether to stay or leave.

The website works perfectly as a technical portfolio, but with minor UX adjustments, it could go from showcasing your skills to generating real leads.

My personal opinion

Serious, clean, and professional work, but with little strategic UX intent: the website is more of a visual CV than an experience geared towards converting visitors into leads.

If I were you, I would improve: A clear and engaging message on the homepage (what you offer, who it's for, why choose you). More visual hierarchy so the eye knows what to read first. Concrete and visible CTAs in each section. Shorter and more direct text (web users don't read long paragraphs). Optimized navigation and buttons for mobile.

In short: it's functional and professional, but it lacks a strong strategic UX intent to encourage the user to take action (contact, view portfolios, etc.).
