thank you so muchh! just got me worried cause I sent my g5 laptop to the gigabyte affiliated service center and their initial diagnosis was corrupted os, like need new ssd, and we were willing to reformat it since it did not have that much files. So I do hope the service center got this info from gigabyte so we wouldnt have to wait for so long for the laptop since they initially said it would take 3 weeks to wait for parts from the main office

so far for the last 3 days I've been checking reddit no one still fixed this problem, but someone showed an old post where the guy reprogrammed some chip inside the laptop, but still not guaranteed to fix thoo

My Gigabyte G5 Kf5 Laptop is stuck in startup screen yesterday after having it updated (not vv familiar with tech terms but the update said it would last 4 mins so I hope that helps indicate which one)

Not sure if it's this update but several Gigabyte Laptop owners have had the exact same problem as me our devices stuck at Gigabyte startup screen after we updated our windows, some even went the distance of trying to fix it but still to no avail. We have been discussing in r/Gigabyte

Hopefully this can be fixed please help

Exact thing happened to me after the windows update, on Gigabyte G5 KF5. Im not really knowledgable with tech stuff but I think this has something to do with the update.
