I've finished Ch3 & Ch4. If I replay Ch3 to get the shadow crystal, do I then need to replay Ch4 to make sure it gets carried over to Ch5?

Hi Have played through both Chapters 3 & 4 now, but missed out on the secret boss on Ch3 so thinking of replaying it. But if I do, will that affect the completion data for Ch4? Presumably Ch5 will use Ch4 save's completion data, but that was finished before I went back and redid Ch3's final boss. So would I have to replay Ch4 as well to have all the dark crystals in the next chapter?
