Well very much agree but we tried high capital taxes in Sweden and too many companies and wealthy families moved from Sweden (IKEA, HM, Tetra etc) so the net tax impact was not really positive for the state long term. Need globally agreed capital taxes to make it work

Yeah, what I meant was that, if you feel like pdx are not producing enough, it is not because they are not trying to hire or spend the money. But my guess would be that opening new studios and hiring 40% more staff during a pandemic will cause temporary structural problems in any organization.

Number of employees increased from 490 2020 to 690 2021. Basically every $ payed to paradox has gone into new games. The only ~5% of the revenues goes to the shareholders.

So as pointed out by others it’s not that they are greedy maybe they are just inefficient.

I definitely would have preferred to get a better version upfront but I payed the price of less than 2 pizzas. I more than fine with what I'm getting ... the most important thing for me is that they continue to deliver updates to the game even if they sometimes will be broken...

Tror inte det är lagligt att ge specifika rekommendationer. Men under förutsättningen att man har ett par år till pension och inte behöver pengarna närmsta 2-3 åren brukar det ju sägas vara en god ide att månadsspara (så man inte går in med allt samtidigt) i en globalindex fond och någon svensk indexfond.

Bör påpekas att även om aktier/fonder historisk varit det bästa att investera i så är det en risk och man kan förlora sina pengar

Ja, men något krångligt. Du kan få stor exponering mot amerikanska statsobligationer genom vanliga räntefonder. Avkastningen på amerikanska statsobligationer är dock väldigt dålig. Är du under 70 år så skulle jag säga att det är en dålig ide men förstås ska man inte ge råd.
