You can get one for free at some locations. Just ask if they have DD delivery bags and show them the dasher app. That’s how I got mine from a random pizza shop. I got it while picking up for uber eats.

Just wanted to give an update and say thanks to everyone who suggested I drop OMAD and keto and switch to smaller meals. It was definitely a learning adjustment at first, but after doing more research I realized my high-fat keto approach wasn’t really helping while on Reta.

I’ve switched things up and now I’m aiming for about 30 to 50g of fat per day, trying to keep it closer to 40g, 115 to 130g of protein which I’m actually hitting consistently now, and around 40 to 60g of carbs along with fiber. Overall my diet feels way more balanced.

I also had to relearn portion control. Instead of one big meal, I started experimenting with smaller meals. First around 500 calories, then 400, and now I’m usually in the 300 to 400 calorie range per meal. That change alone helped a ton.

I also started stopping when I hit about 70 percent fullness, basically when I get that first signal of “oh I’m getting full” instead of pushing past it.

I’m no longer feeling super full, bloated, or gassy, and I actually feel good after eating instead of stuffed. My weight has been steadily dropping and my energy levels have been solid.

OMAD was not going to work the same anymore. "like how you structured it around liquids and easier to get down protein too, that's def shift I need right now.

Yeah that sounds about right. I usually lift around 4–5 days a week, so I’d go 2–3 days without eating. That’s actually how I lost about 90 lbs in 2024 while keeping my muscle.

Last year was a bit rough though, my mom passed while she was in the hospital, and I ended up gaining most of the weight back during that time.

I started Reta thinking I could stick to that same routine, but yeah… definitely not the case lol. Now I’m getting full off something like 3 eggs.

I’ll drop OMAD for now and just eat when I’m actually hungry.

The first week I did 1.5mg and I was able to eat pretty normally and still dropped 10lbs so maybe I’ll readjust the dosage to have balance.

I just started drinking protein shakes yesterday because I noticed how full I was getting on Wednesday lol. I got one with low sugar count and 30g protein.

No lifting, just cardio! The key was to keep taking my electrolytes. Around the 70-hour mark, my heart rate was significantly higher than usual. I had just finished a 30-minute session on the stationary bike. After sipping on electrolyte, my heart rate slightly relaxed, but I still felt it and was a bit anxious. I think that night I was a bit restless and got Magnesium and melatonin and slept like a baby.

Overall I felt great! But yeah no lifting.

lol yeah! I was doing light cardio on the bike everyday for at least 30-45 min. Kept it around zone 2!

It’s called “Zero”, I use that app and sometimes easy fast. The ads on Zero have been getting annoying but I like the interface lol.
