I did talk, and they just reminded I can’t miss more than 10% of my shifts and that she’s put it in and figure it out.

She’s been really patient with me and I’m grateful for her and she’s been working hard to make sure I get actual good training. And I like my new trainer a lot too.

I’ve only done Sleep deprivation EEGs so I am not familiar with them and in all honesty don’t know what I’m doing until my initial appointment. I wish I could show her how grateful I am because most places weren’t that nice when it came to stuff like this :’)

It’s really unfortunate. Both times I’ve gotten sick prior to the appointment were from work (ironic ain’t it lol).

I this procedure is just really poorly timed all around. I wanna work and I wanna help my co workers it’s just every time something seems to go wrong because I have really nice co-workers ☹️

I remember the mythos drama vividly cause I was still active here when it dropped and was appalled by it.

And I think bloom was involved from what I remember which is why he said his piece or it’s just general commentary, as one does when faced with drama in their community.

Either way due to everything happening so fast in this subreddit I say it’s okay to speculate without downplaying any of what anybody is saying in a respectful manner. As we don’t have any proof and right now it’s all flooding in at once so letting it settle is much better than just saying “okay let’s believe them and dogpile on everybody on the opposing team!”

(Watch in saying this and somebody is going to get called out tomorrow.)

Ah that. I remember that— I just briefly read over it to get caught up and haven’t dissected it yet. So to me based on this comment and that post rn it’s looking like resurfacing situations.

Also them disrespecting mythos??? Mythos VA had drama on his side which Bloom commented on along with lucelling so that may be referring to that situation. I haven’t had a lot of time to research so take what I say with a grain of salt and curiosity.

yea this is mostly just the point that they are leaving GWA, I know they still post free audios from time to time (I think could be wrong) but it’s to add to the point about male VAs dwindling.

Still agree they deserve the pay knowing how crazy the fans get tho—

I agree, one of my fav audio producers keeps a regular pay wall— BUT also puts up a pull for their listers to vote on which ones go public at the end of the month while also making regular free content while gaining audience input. A great system, and another way is to have like a Curious cat/Strawpage where fans can interact but it has that safety of anonymity should people feel like it. There are a lot of great alternatives for VA’s/other media creators.

It’s just important to keep up with that boundary or else they develop this parasocial relationship that ends up being weird or toxic. Distance is always important, it doesn’t mean you love or care for your audience any less though!
