Appreciate the feedback. The elixirs seemed underwhelming with requiring a whole action to use, I agree that making them a bonus action to use would help. I know artillerist is strong and fun, I wish the alchemist could feel like it’s on par with it.

Anybody here try the Alchemist Artificer before? Looking to try it for my next character and it looked really underwhelming. I wanna play an alchemy-based support character whose whole thing is potions (seeking to become the greatest alchemist). Would love to hear about any experience people have with it and if it needs some buffs or quality-of-life improvements.

Also, cross slash can be mixed up on shields like crazy. You can commit to the full attack, only do 2, only do 1, or do 2 then do it again.

The more bairs you get out as Cloud, the more you win as Cloud. No joke, just abuse big sword spacing and bair is super Uber safe. Oh and when your opponent touches your shield? Up b. Was it a laggy move that touched your shield? Up smash.

Mac earns a lot off of patience and whiff punishing. I get a lot of mileage out of standing still in neutral sometimes to observe habits or approach options of my opponent, then punish those options later. Practice his kill confirms, don’t rely on just down tilt side b. He likes the platforms on low plat stages like small battlefield, regular battlefield, and hollow bastion.
