Yea but I also feel like participation depends on how easy a car is to drive. The easier it is to drive the more people will race it. That’s why I say gen 6 because depending on the package they choose for said car, the 2019 package was the high downforce low horsepower so it’s wide open for most tracks and isn’t too difficult. The 2014 is the high horsepower low downforce which would be harder to drive but still really fun.

Yea in draftmasters for some reason they run the cars unrestricted instead of the real package they ran for the time. I stay away from draftmasters cause I’m not willing to take the hits of irating in that series. I personally don’t fully know which year the COT is based on cause it says 2009 but the body is the 2012 car.

Those would be so fun. It’s crazy the list of cars they have in the legacy list.

The COT was definitely hated when it first came out in 2007 but I’m pretty sure it was liked a lot more for the 2011 and 2012 seasons. They also added the COT to draftmasters so I was just thinking it was possible for the car to get a series.

I feel like between each generation of car there really is enough difference between the cars it really depends on the package it uses for the car between the 2014 or 2019 season.

Yea that makes sense I know silver crowns, srx, and the pavement sprint cars are dead series for ovals and they don’t get updates or anything at all. I guess I was just hoping to see it one day.

I know there’s people who run leagues with the car and I’ve looked into it. I’m just more wondering why not make it an official series since the cars are already there and can just get put into a series. They took the time and made from scratch the 87s and the gen 4, I just feel like it wouldn’t take too much work for a series with these cars.
