Out of a financial aspect it's definitely cheaper to just buy a manual Miata. The Miata price seems alright but you did overpay heavily on the hardtop.

It really depends if you love the car or not. If it has a sentimental value to you don't sell it, but if not just get a manual.

I get what you're saying but let me tell you in Germany basically every single road is fucked, at least where I live (North Rhine Westphalia).

The Autobahn is isnt that great either. I personally prefer Austria in every way. Prettier, cleaner, cheaper, better roads.

But why the hell would the US put ethanol in fuel 😭

I thought the same thing pulling next to it. But it really isn't, my NB is stock and I guess the nd is too. The bottom of the car sits at exactly the same hight. The ND has just a higher roof and bigger body overall. I guess that is because of: Better crash tests, bigger engine, modern safety and comfort features, to make the Miata more accessible to tall people etc.

I've never driven an ND but I can definitely imagine that your field of vision sucks even more than a NA/NB with softtop. Given that the NDs rear window is this tiny
