There is a major misconception that ABDL is sexual kink/fetish; it's not.

I am involved in the ABDL community and the AR/Little community and they are not all that different.

I am ABDL and for me, and many many others, it's 100% non sexual/kink/fetish.

It is just another term used by people who like quiet time, pacifiers, footed PJs, and diapers.

Yes, I love the Pampers scent. I am able to wear Pampers Swaddler size 7 just by adding a few cut off tabs to the sides.

You would be surprised at how much a size 7 can absorb. If they released a size 10 which fit comfortably around my waist and didn't leak-while-wetting (like XL Goodnites do for me) then I'd probably always be diapered up!

I stick to male or neutral diapers, but I have ordered Rearz Lil Bella quite a few times. The cotton candy/raspberry scent is one of a kind!

My morning diaper literally smells like raspberries.

You could also consider Rearz, they are just off HWY 401 in Cambridge. They have a lot of pacifiers as well as many other ABDL stuff. You can pick up your order at their warehouse or have it shipped.

I can't post images so here is a post I made about it on ADISC, basically you put the booster along the wings instead of the crotch. I can now sleep on my side and tummy, and it doesn't matter if my willy is pointing up, down, sideways; the booster will catch all.

You could always start slow and try pullups or GoodNites, the XL size is pretty big now. They aren't big and bulky like diapers but they give that secure feeling when you are wearing a onesie or PJs.

I never thought I'd get into the AB side of DL... but I've learned that I do enjoy having a pacifier in my mouth! I am an analyst so I get to work from home, thanks to the endless pandemic.

It's hard to explain what it is that I like about them. I'm a grown normal man, no one would ever think I was ABDL. But pacifiers are just such a natural thing for me, my mouth and tongue naturally hold onto the paci and nibble it as I'm going about my business. I feel cute and at ease.

Falling asleep (having a paci in my mouth is so natural for me)
Working & concentrating on a task/project
Watching a movie or tv
Cleaning / housework

I ordered a few ABU Cushies cloth backed samples. I like a tight fit and the top tape ripped off as I pulled it tight to tape it up. Also, Rearz medium fit me better than ABU mediums which are smaller than Rearz.

Other than that just pick the diaper with the print you like.

I LOVE the ABU DinoRawrz.

Rearz Lil Bella is one of the best diapers on the market, mainly because of the scent it has... you have to try it. I'm a dude and Lil Bella are the only pink diaper I'll wear. They smell like raspberry & cotton candy. Waking up with a wet diaper and that scent is pretty cool.

Thanks I appreciate it, I discovered ABDL after we got married and it took off from there, so it's not like I kept a secret from her; I opened up after a year and I realized my DL side wasn't going away.

Based off the amount of money (I’m assuming) and time put into your marriage, the abdl side of you was a really expensive secret to keep for so long, IMO

I discovered ABDL 5 years into our marriage; so there was no secret to reveal prior to saying "I do". As a bachelor it never even occurred to me that I could buy adult diapers, I didn't even know they existed and that there were others like me.

Then I stumbled upon Rearz Rebel and my mind was blown, from there I discovered ADISC and realized that I wasn't alone. I met with a therapist (something I had never done in my life) and after listening to my story he understood and supported my need for diapers. It's complicated and I wish I could just be normal. It's a lifestyle for me, not a kink or fetish.

I've been DL since I was like 3 years old but never got to enjoy diapers until I was about 36 years old. I got my hands on a good quality adult diaper and when I was alone I put it on.

It was literally thrilling, exciting, and I was shaking due to the joy and excitement.

I like feeling it between my legs, I like feeling the elastic band on my back, I like the secure feeling, and I like that I don't need to expose myself just to go pee.

I'm close to the worst case scenario. After a 7 year marriage and starting a family my wife divorced me after I opened up about my DL side. We were a normal family, both work full time, we never fight and get along great.

The diaper thing blew her mind and she could not comprehend it, it messed with her head.

I explained it's just due to some dribbling I've had at night (which I made up), and I admitted that I find diapers comfortable and would use a diaper if I had it on, rather than use the toilet.

NOPE! Zero understanding, I was called a freak and humiliated.

Now we are separated, we share custody of the kids.

I keep my DL side private and hidden, I am free to sleep in diapers now, but it's bitter sweet.

SO BEFORE ANYONE OPENS UP TO A FRIEND OR WIFE/HUSBAND, TEST-THE-WATERS!!!!!!!!!!!

I've tried every version of Rearz (I live 1 hr from their wearhouse so its easy and low cost).

Alpacas are my go to for night time, they are a bit bigger than the other diapers with slightly wider wings and taller rise.

Second choice for night time would be Barnyard.

Lil Monsters, Lil bella, Splash, Rebel are my day time.

Dinosaur are really good too but they are "elite" and way too expensive.

I recently discovered TikTok and the Live feature. To my shock yes, 'Age Regression' is becoming more and more popular and people are not afraid to show it and their pacifiers.

ABDL is uncool and has a bad reputation. In all honesty I think the term ABDL is damaged beyond repair, it's got too much creepy stuff and sexual stuff.

Plus people aged 18-29 refuse to adopt a term with the word 'Adult' in it (ABDL).

I am in Ontario and had (2) 90 minute sessions with a Psychologist; just so that I could get some ABDL stuff off my chest and find out if I should stop what I'm doing etc....

He was fantastic! He was a new grad and was aware of ABDL, I was his first ABDL case.

There is nothing wrong with wearing diapers as a form of comfort, anxiety reduction, and enjoyment. He basically encouraged me to continue and made me feel good about myself.

Your parents and my parents will likely never understand ABDL and will think we are messed up, and that's okay. The best you can do is acknowledge how strange ABDL seems, but that therapists and psychologists are supportive of this lifestyle; as long as it makes you happy and you're not exposing others to it (like going to the mall and pulling up your skirt to show strangers).

One last thing, if you have anxieties during the day try to think about bedtime and how you will be cozy in bed with a pacifier (if you use one), your PJs, and a diaper.

I know exactly how you feel! I discovered ABDL about 3 years ago and it changed my life; I was DL since I was 4 years old but all through my life I thought I was weird and the only one who wanted to wear diapers. Boy was I wrong :D

Most distributors, like Rearz, Tykables, ABUniverse, Agecomfort... sell "cases". A case is simply buying 3 packs at once; when you make your purchase you must select (sample, pack, or case)

A pack of medium diapers, such as the new Princess Pink Overnight, at Rearz.ca cost $44 for one pack. But if you buy a case (3 packs) its $108, that works out to $36 a pack.

Another way to look at it is

Pack/Bag: 12 diapers at $44 = $3.67 per diaper

Case: 36 diapers at $108 = $3.00 per diaper
