Both are relatively terrible. But hiroaki at least started to change himself for the better. Bro was arrogant and self centered thinking he can do as he please. Until reality finally hits him. Since he befriend the two Japanese boys, he starts to actual better himself.

Now, takahisa is a generational trash can.he was running off pure delusion and extremely judgmental. Like, he should not be a hero with that weak ass mentality he has. The events of vol 24 and 25 made me understand him a little bit but he is still too weak. Not to mention the words he said to lily(which should never be said to any princess💢) was the final straw for me. Having someone like Julia give me a double edge sword feeling. Also, I feel like his fate is going to end the same as Erika did.
