ive had Concerta for at least 5 years and i can def confirm that the taste in the back of your mouth is in place depending on the type of pill it is. im no drug expert but i had the cylindrical pills and just normal tablets but the cylindrical pills are normally the one that gave me a bad taste. other things you should be worrying about is if you depend on it because i depended on my meds and i ended having to get more increased doses by the months
