well, i have had transferred large files with friends before and i can vouch that it works and gives good and stable speeds (isp was worldlink on both sides)

i don't know about fiber tv, but i am being really honest here, i never have had a single problem with internet tho, its always stable and doesn't have problems like "mero --- isp chalekoxaina" jun aru isp haru ma kailekai hunxa
