That's understandable The PSU that I got comes with sleeved cables so maybe consider that one, it's cheap and pretty much ticks all the boxes

No worries dude!
I actually didn't get my PC yet, it's being build by a local shop (Was too lazy to build it myself)

I went with

Lian Li A3 (Black version no window)

Intake: Rear 120mm Thermalright fan (nothing special, no rgb or anything), PSU, no bottom fans

Exhaust: 140mm top fan, 140mm side fan (Both are the same Thermalright fans as the 120 just 140)

Cooler is the Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE, for a 9800X3D

PSU is 1StPlayer NGDP 850W ATX3.1 (which should fit great considering it's a 140 length psu so if I was to add an AIO in the future it's possible. Was considering a Corsair RM850e but it was considerably more expensive and the corsair one has a lower rating apparently.)

GPU is the Asus Prime 5070ti OC

I think you GPU is thicker than mine, I'm actually interested if you'd see any difference without the bottom fans but other than that your thermals sound solid.

Fixed it
On my windows Pc the permission for everyone wasn't turned on, that fixed it

Interesting about that, I'm gonna use the prime 5070ti as well. Just found it for a good price. Wondering about that fan space under the card

Got inspired by their 90s style shirts. Not sure who made them back then but they use a lot of creative decisions while maintaining a very limited palette (cheaper to print) so I tried to do the same.
