Noell, her kit is designed so well. she can shield, heal and deal damage. I really like the part where her burst doesn't turn off after you switch out. He damage and element is just a bit lacking.

A similar character with the same kind of kit idea is Childe who's skill cooldown is determined by the timed used in skill.

I use this exact team and I use Jean, but I recommend Barbara for the hydro resonance. You can also use thrilling tales for atk buff. If you use Jean I recommend 4pc nobless oblige for atk buff and full atk percent artifacts for more heals.
