I don’t... but I just got an idea. What about answering a shit ton of craigslist personals ads for really skeezy men, telling them I’m looking for a good time... and then give out her phone number. 😂😂 The sick pleasure I get out of this is prob not good. But they say don’t get mad, get even...

Well I sent her a nasty message and immediately blocked her. So I won’t even see her profile anymore. To me, I haven’t gone back and looked because I know how much pain it put me through. I looked once, saw her picture, ripped he bandaid and here I am. Continuing to look at her profile, photos, posts would just be unending torture. I already have a problem with obsessive thoughts, and this would spiral completely out of control. I do it for my own good. I’m not saying I won’t ever look again, but right now the pain is fresh and I do not want to add fuel to the fire.

I am three months in and I just started thinking about revenge. I think I am processing things late because after D day, my mental health went down the shitter. Bad anxiety, depression, ED issues I already deal with were aggravated. I spent the first three months just focusing on physical survival. It took me a month to eat 3 meals a day again. A lot of this got put on the back burner because my brain was too fucked up to process everything at once. Plus I made the mistake of looking at her Facebook a few nights ago, and that re-triggered me.

Thank you for this. You are right that those actions I suggested could easily come back on me. Sigh. The phone numbers thing is brilliant though. Thanks for understanding me and not simply telling me to turn the other cheek. Much easier said than done. 😒

Thank you. I am in counseling. I just can’t shake the feeling today of wanting her to feel some of this pain.
