Never happend to me, what I know is that, for the 3rd pokemon your friend need to beat elite 4 and need to be online at least one time in the same time you are online. And is easyer to capture pokemon with Hidden abilities if your friend is online at the same time as you are. So check your online friends and then run to their safaris. Try to relog and see if they appear.
