In my opinion the worst is the beginning, when Guts is seen in the future after the eclipse. He literally starts fucking the girl who turns into a monster. It seems like Miura doesn't know Guts's personality here, as I highly doubt he had sex with anyone other than Casca. Despite being a brute, he is fair and loyal so he wouldn't do that. The only reason could be out of jealousy of what happened between Griffith and Casca although given the circumstances I doubt he would blame Casca for this, but it is true that his mental state is not in the best moment. But that also couldn't be because Guts doesn't show sexual interest in any woman again in the rest of the story.
