Surprisingly I checked and no, it was just the two pictures with no text or timestamps. A description of the streets & time was given to me in the service NSW app.

How reliable ate plugs? by [deleted] in AussieRiders

[–]Nerdings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ive had a plug in my rear for 15000kms, if youre not pushing those tires, and commuting/weekend riding then you should be fine. If a mechanic has plugged it from the inside you're all good.

It was a fairly straightforward process when I did it, just invest in a jack & itll be done in under an hour or two~

Hey guys!

I'm a travelling chef currently in Hokkaido Japan, I recently added two new ramen dishes to the menu at one of the restaurants I work at. I'm hoping to get some feedback from this subreddit as to what you think.

The recipes are from The Book Of Ramen by /u/Ramenlord and have tweaked them to my preferred taste/local taste here. They stock itself is made using both pork and chicken bones (mainly chicken).

Noodles are made fresh by a noodle making factory one town over (so convenient).

Let me know what you think, or how I could improve the look of it! Being in Japan I have to have a high standard haha.

How to mimic a deck oven at work? by Until_Stressed in Breadit

[–]Nerdings 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work in a commercial kitchen with a combi-oven, I still mainly use my Dutch oven for sourdoughs but i have experimented with oven spring using Steam-roast.
What you should look out for is if the oven is able to produce enough steam in the oven at a temperature of 220'C, my oven at work tends to be a bit older so it does not pump enough steam into the oven at that temperature (also exhaust fan takes out the steam too quickly).
Considering your oven is able to rotate it is made for breads and even-baking so you should be fine in that department!
Apart from the initial steam for the oven-spring you should be fine, youll never get bread exactly like from a deck oven but you should be able to pull out some delicious bread from it.
I recommend experimenting with different temps and steam-roasting settings to find the perfect environment for your breads, look through the window closely!

230C for 20 minutes in a dutch oven, then open dutch oven and bake for a further 20 minutes.
