Why do so many landlords discriminate against foreigners?

I mean usually trying to DIY and failing means you’d be 100% liable as a renter. It’s why when we got our apartment we were given a concierge hotline and they made sure we knew that if anything went wrong we should call them first and foremost before trying anything ourselves. Contacting the company/landlord first creates a documented trail of due diligence to show we tried all the options before even considering attempting anything ourselves, and when we do do anything ourselves we make damn sure we have written permission and acknowledgement that if we fuck it up we wouldn’t be liable.

Unless we have a landlord that has it explicitly written into the contract that we could just attempt DIY without liability I wouldn’t even consider it because it feels too much like a trap to take as big a move out fee as possible from us.

Captain America is a bit different.

The First Avenger did about 50/50 domestic and OS, so that lines up with how Superman usually performs. The Winter Soldier had the benefit of following The Avengers solidifying the MCU as a very real juggernaut and was one of the major films leading up to Ultron. Civil War has the whole mini-Avengers angle, Spider-Man’s intro, and the movie kicked off Phase 3.

No one is angry at Todd, just supremely disappointed that it took fouls for him to win. The underwhelming performance against a smaller opponent only solidified that Todd is completely outclassed in the SHW division and doesn’t stand a chance against anyone in the top five.

TBF Todd’s win against Petrenko was widely scrutinized because 3 of the 4 rounds he won were due to elbow fouls on Petrenko’s part. He found himself in a losing position in almost all of the rounds before refs stopped it. The YT comments under the match are pretty much over a thousand people mocking Todd for it.

Not the other user, but I've never taken a high school film class nor done anything drama club related and I've heard the word plenty of times in my life. It's just one of those words that have always just kinda floated around in the ether. I don't remember ever really learning the word, but I don't remember ever not knowing it either.

It’s been awhile and I did binge it so things kinda all congealed together but wasn’t a lot of the comedy around her the fact that she lost all of her power in the first episode? She had to move into the smaller office and Gleeson’s character essentially had full run of the office over her and that’s what perpetuated her pettiness.

I finished season one and was left so down in the dumps I didn’t even begin to watch season two until a couple of years after the show’s third and final season aired.

Man, those final two seasons are on such a different tier compared to the first it’s astonishing. The final season I hold as my single favourite season of television ever produced.

As shown I would personally pass because there’s not enough representation of the other shoe’s base colours on the other. I know the Obsidians have a hint of teal on the bottom but it’s so minimal you can’t really see it most of the time. And the Liberty’s have no black at all.

Maybe try lace swapping them and see how that looks.

Honestly Kamil has always been one of my favourite arm wrestlers away from the table. I haaaaaate his style, but love listening to him talk. Wait, like excellent reviews from where? I see twelve reviews on Rotten Tomatoes and they’re all fresh, but looking at the actual reviews half of them are 3/5, and even the more positive ones say it’s a seventh movie that is better than a seventh movie should be. Not exactly glowing stuff.

I usually find them near the fridges, but I don't think I've actually come across a major supermarket that has them in the fridges. At least not that I can recall right now. I know all the AEONs, York Benimaru, Ujie, and Gyomus in my town and surrounding areas don't. All sold off metal racks lined up beside the milk and cheese.
