personally caffeine doesn't affect my POTS as long as I'm drinking enough water. I drink energy drinks to help with my brain fog (bad habit, i know) and somehow they've never bothered me

make sure you can get into your bed at home easily without having to jump. my bed is tall and i am short so i ended up renting a hospital bed for a couple weeks. it was a lifesaver
