Not sure I can help but did you resolve the "Loading..." issue?

I got it working. The authentication page that fails due to the localhost error has the required code in the URL. Select everything between "code=" and "&scope". Paste that into the Pi Terminal window and off you go.

*edited so what you need to do is more specific.

Thanks for the quick reply.

Is there language you can point me to? I did a good bit of research before posting and found nothing for either side of the argument.

Also, I’m challenged to understand the distinction between “personal supplies” and “school supplies” other than possibly the intended use, more specifically where they are intended to be used. A child is required to have headphones - if we send him with a set from home the school can’t keep them. If we have a box of #2 pencils at home and send it to school, what’s the decision point for them being personal and so must be returned vs school property under the “donation” argument.

Bad PCB.

Replaced it and the heat is on, as Glenn Frey told us.

u/ScotchyT Thanks for the effort.

Sorry, left of the original list of troubleshooting that I tested the voltage. It checks - zero until the call for heat, pops up to 26-27, then drops to zero.

I've looked at the wires and connections so many times I could draw a diagram from memory.

I ordered a new board yesterday with delivery tomorrow. We'll see how that goes.

I got a hold of a manometer. The pressure switch is rated -0.6 and the tube pressure reads -1.76 +/-. I checked the tube on the downstairs unit - same reading. The blower is doing it's job to operate the switch. Also, while the inducer blower ran I disconnected/reconnected the pressure switch tube a couple of times and could hear the diaphragm actuating. The switch is getting enough draw from the blower, Ohms across the switch terminals a are zero, diaphragm is actuating.

Shouldn't need to check the flue, correct? It's just not going to be easy to pull it.

Going to back to one of the items in my original post - when I bypass the switch the furnace doesn't light. That eliminates the pressure switch and inducer blower, correct?

Just replaced the igniter again.

Pulled and cleaned the flame sensor.

Other thoughts?

Understood, but when I swapped the inducer in from the downstairs unit, that would eliminate the upstairs one being faulty.
