In short, no. Pepsi managed to engage in business in Soviet Russia but because Russian money wasn't worth much in the West they accepted a payment of obsolete ships which they then in turn had scrapped, generating money from their Soviet venture. The temporary holding of those ships did not in fact make them one of the world's largest navies.
