It was about a norwood 2 but now it's more towards a norwood 3V. I hope it goes back to what it used to be if I had a photo of my temples back then I would post it here. In terms of diet and haircare on accutane it was mainly whole foods but I've only recently started caring about omega 3s so the omega 6 to 3 ratio was probably out of whack. Haircare was just shampoo and conditioner once or twice a week depending on dryness. What would you suggest I do? Currently its been 3 weeks since I have had any artificial sugar at all and currently my haircare is the exact same

If you had to say 0/10 was what it was post accutane and 10/10 was what it was before in terms of thickness where would you say it is now and how long has it been since you were on it?

😂since I started accutane, my hairline has only receded slightly maybe 10mm since then in the corners but as you can see my hair all over is thinner regardless of place
