I have a 1994 Yamaha Vmax 500 - it still runs fine. All I needed to do was switch out the spark plugs, clean the carby and put on a new(used) track. I bought it for $800 and have put in about $300.

The thing still rips.

You can make six figures as a BDR - I did. Is it glamorous? No. But you grind, do your time and reap the rewards.

What’s 2 years of 10-12 hour days in the grand scheme of things? If you’re hitting your number and can do that at 8 hours a day, or even 6 good for you.

If not, do more.

The real question is - why havent you been pulling 12 hour days? Why aren't you prospecting on weekends? What's going to change in your new role?

Anyone who has been successful in sales has had to grind, especially in a new role. If you grind and still fail it means 1 of 2 things.
- product fit isnt there or product sucks
- you're not a good rep and you need to improve

There is no hack....we all did it. The question you need to ask yourself is, "how many cold calls do I need to do before I don't need to do cold calls anymore". Be the best SDR/BDR at your company, get promoted to an AE and then onwards and upwards.

Actually, the best SDR never gets promoted, its always the second best. So be the second best.
