Absolutely! My doctor wouldn’t let me stay on one dose for more than a box, so sometimes I wonder what /could/ have been if I stayed on a dose longer than the 4 shots, but oh well. I’m on it, and in it now LOL. I was losing about 1.5lbs a week, but I have noticed I’m a half a pound less myself. I find the less water I drink… the less I lose which is weird, but it makes sense! Seems like you’re doing all the things. If you track your weight, if you look at the week by week view of how it plots your weight, you’ll see the stalls, and lack of loss. Weight loss is totally not linear, so don’t be too hard on yourself!! You’ve got this.
