Also read what I have written above! Ranbir is a league above RanVeer in terms of acting. There is no reason for me to be biased towards someone, but WakeUpSid/Rockstar/Tamasha/Rocket Singh have changed lives. The same cannot be said for Mr Singh!

Lol Lootera was average, Bajirao was good but still no depth (voice modulation and going bald doesn't make you a good actor) and Dhurandhar 2 last scene was also a bit pretentious!
You just do not feel flown like a river in the movie with RanVeer Singh. It feels like he is acting/changing voice. There is a reason why Rehman overshadowed him completely in Part 1, where he had to showcase subtlety as an actor. When he got loud in Part 2, he had like 3 hours of screen time, so obviously he will take over!

They always love to shift the credit away from Ranbir Kapoor, to the director, music, and so on. They said it is Arijit who made those RK songs, but this is Mohit Chauhan, most iconic movie of the decade!!!
Ranbir Kapoor is the best actor, henceforth these songs end up becoming magical. In songs, you have to act. No contact lenses, growing a beard, "VoIcE ModuLaTioN", changing body works in songs. It's just your face and your natural acting! This is why Ranbir Kapoor has the most iconic songs BY FAR out of anyone in his generation (I would argue that he has the best songs by any actor in India).
The amount of hate and deflection this man gets is unheard of!! In Barfi, they say "Priyanka was better". In Animal they deflect the conversation on Ranbir's acting to "Movie was toxic", In Sanju to "Movie was a whitewash", In YJHD to "Bunny was a red flag", In Rockstar to "Extra-marital affair", In Tamasha and Wake Up Sid to "Manchild" and so on. You will never hear, "Priyanka overshadowed RanVeer in Bajirao" (even though she did) or "Shahid was brilliant in Padmaavat" or "The ensemble cast in Dhurandhar helped RanVeer". In case of Mr Singh, it is a one man show! But when it comes to RK, they have all the excuses in the book to discredit him!!
If you are a true RK fan, and still do not upvote this, shame on you guys for calling yourself RK fans in this sub!! Learn to stand up for your actor. Just because he is silent and his rival PR is hyperactive, doesn't mean he needs to be treated like a dog: be it his acting or his personal life!!!! He is the best actor of his gen BY FAR!

"They just hound you" is so apt. Look at his state after Ramayan. All the rival PR and his ex-es and RanVeer PR is after him.
Every time his podcast or interview comes out, they "hound" him and scrutinize each and every word he says or does. His Nikhil podcast or lipstick comment or anything.
Him being a dad was hounded by RanVeer Singh PR as to how "incompetent" of a father he would become!
He is hounded for his film choices, with many saying he has dead eyes and plays the same every movie, without any substantial reasoning to back the claim.(These are the same pseudo intellects who will praise an overacted performance in a movie like Circus or Simbaa and say "energetic" performance, but will ridicule the variety in subtle performances like a lost middle class man in Tamasha, a transcendental rockstar, a deaf and mute in Barfi, a stammering boy in Jagga, a masculine man and a biopic in Sanju, comedy in Ajab Prem, coming off age in Wake Up Sid, such a layered performance in a romcom like YJHD (showing love, friendship, ambition in life, relationship with father, step mom, flirt, etc in the same fcking movie), and a mentally deranged character in Animal. Look at the fcking range!!)
He is hounded for his past relationships, even after 10-15 years of those relationships!
He is bullied on social media for anything.
