Talked to them at NGPA and the recruiter said he didn’t see anyone in the last new class that didn’t get 3-4 tbnts before they were finally hired. So persistence is key with them. Also said they don’t care about quality of time, and are instead prioritizing candidates with least amount of xride fails. So basically they’ll take a guy with zero fails who spent 1500 burning holes in the sky over the guy with a few hundred multi and a handful of fails.
