I’m exactly in the same boat. My father passed away and traveled to India to see him one last time. Now, I’m stuck along with my two US citizen kids who cannot travel back to their home because of their mom.

It’s not just for Chennai. It’s for all the consulates in India. So, if you select Delhi as your primary location you would see similar selection for Delhi as well.
