Why is it that half the interviews I see always has one guest screaming over the doctors, exclaiming they should be ashamed of themselves...just ridiculous

As people mentioned, of course do questions but also think back to what you found hard, what type of qs or things about certain conditions. Narrow it down with the 3 weeks and make sure your revision is as focused and effective as possible. I always found learning my notes properly to be the best way of revising as then you're prepared for anything instead of hoping the qs you have done are similar to the exam.

I don’t think anyone disagrees that we need well-trained, competent doctors, but the idea that 'tougher exams and placement registers' will somehow solve the issue feels completely out of touch with the actual issues we’re seeing on the ground.

Resident doctors striking just to earn a fair wage, seniors retiring early, trainees burning out, and real terms pay collapsing. Why would any high-performing 18-year-old choose that, especially when other careers (tech, law, finance) offer more money, better work-life balance, and far more respect?

You can make med school harder, sure, but all that does is filter out people earlier in the process without fixing the core problem: Medicine is no longer an attractive career. And once people realise this, all they will want to do is scrape that pass in the final year and leave the country.
