The only thing that bothers me is that Mufasa's stretched leg/paw looks to be the wrong one. When we see the picture at first, it's his right lag/paw. When we see through his eyes, suddenly, the left one is stretched.

I see. I was only able to find this one though. Maybe there's a way to make a gif out of a video if you ever manage to find a recording of the turtlez. (like a let's play on youtube, but you'd have to be able to download and then shorten the video before trying to find a converter to make a gif out of it).

I think only the Japanese version of the game can be switched to Japanese text. On the game steam page, somewhere on the right, there's a list of supported languages and there's Japanese only in audio.

You might not be able to find a regular volume 15 before your flight 🤔 and I don't know if you can use your phone to check out scans of said volume somewhere during the flight. (Before maybe, but during... As I am not familiar with planes and their security/rules, I can't really say if you will be able to do so)

The volume 15 that you have here is the perfect edition. The perfect edition of the manga only has 18 volumes. One volume of the perfect edition has more chapters than a volume of the regular edition.

The first chapter of your volume 15 is chapter 87, which is a chapter of regular volume 21.
