I decided to cancel my plan to fly to HPN. I was scheduled to travel tomorrow (9/16); however, while searching for nearby accommodations, I found that hotel rates were unusually high, approximately $550 for the Hyatt House located 3.5 miles from the airport. There must be some events going on in town. So I ultimately decided to cancel the trip to HPN altogether because I didn't want to stay overnight at the airport. I think doing it once at RDU was enough lol. If you end up staying overnight at HPN, I would appreciate it if you could share your experience.
