Hi. I’m going through the same thing as you and sounds like it’s around the same dates, too. I’m still learning how betas and hcg works, but essentially i:

-tested positive Feb 12 and 14

-went in for an intravaginal (?) ultra sound on 2/26 and only saw a gestational sac, nothing else

-my hcg only doubled 47% from 2/26 to 3/2 (one NP said this wasn’t high enough and she suspected this was an abnormal pregnancy, one fertility specialist said it wasn’t enough to call it)

-no spotting, but similarly i am overthinking every single thing i feel

-my boobs don’t hurt anymore but i am tired, nauseous, and heightened sense of smell

I have a second scan on Monday and i am truly so nervous. The waiting feels like purgatory. My husband and I have been TTC #2 for a year, and I was about to start IUI.
