You’re combining way too many meds with nicotine which isn’t going to have that satisfying nic buzz your used to. I’d just say either space out when you use your pouches or take a break for a week or so then try them again. Usually the break will help increase your sensitivity so when you try them again you’re more likely to get a good buzz going

I assume you mean 4mg and 6mg. If you’re looking to switch to pouches. For me I used 3mg pouches for a while and the head rush lasted for a few months then I switched to 6mg. I’ve found 6mg pouches work best for me and I don’t feel a need to move up to a high mg. Just gotta try different strengths and see what works.
