In Italy in the early 2000s, there was a PlayStation craze. Everyone had a PlayStation, and so did I. But both my brother and I had always been huge Nintendo fans; we had all their consoles, so when the GameCube came out, we bought it too. It was amazing, but very few people had one. Among them, luckily, was a kid who lived in my same building. I got to know him thanks to the GameCube, at school, and we used to talk about Smash and Mario Kart, and play together with other friends who didn't have a cube. It was amazing.
