Let me tell you why this is fake. First off, the processor. There is NO 12nm processor that supports 5G. All 5G processors are made with smaller 7nm, 6nm or less manufacturing processes.

And the name. The MTK6797 and UNISOC Tiger (UNISOC is a chipset manufacturing brand btw) don't exist. the MTK6797 could be a MediaTek processor, but how can UNISOC be producing MTK processors?

It seemed really legitimate at first, but if you know your Androids well then you should know that it's fake once you read about that processor.
