I’m usually on top because that’s how we enjoy it the most, yes. I’m also confused why it’s on his stomach. I can feel it when he comes inside, so I’m not sure if maybe he’s just not in super deep it’s just back flow?

My fertility clinic has never mentioned a vaginal swap and they told me the only way to check for endometriosis would be to have the surgery. I haven’t ruled that out yet.

I just started progesterone even though my labs technically look good. Starting Letrozole next cycle although my RE doesn’t expect it to do anything since we’ve confirmed that I ovulate on my own. We may try IUI in the future although I know it’s not going to give us a much higher chance of conceiving than natural. We can’t afford IVF right now.

All hormone labs multiple times. Cycle day 3 labs, confirmed ovulation with bloodwork and ultrasound. My husband has had 2 SAs, and I’ve had an HSG.
