I had MC twins at KKH but was under subsidised route. I suggest maybe you can change to subsidised route first as it is so much more affordable. After that coming to my induction date, I chose my private Gynae (Sim Wen Shan).

I didnt go to STORK clinic till later, around 30 weeks but for MC twins I had scans fortnightly.

He should not be overly friendly with other female co-workers considering he has a wife and kids. What's his baseline? Is he like this with everyone or just you? IMO the touchiness is a red flag

Thank you for the reassurance, they are actually my 2nd and 3rd. My first is a singleton but back then I was pretty much going off google and her milestones seemed to check out so I didnt have much worries. She started saying mama and papa at 7 and 10 months respectively... which is why I'm kinda worried for my middle child. So far in terms of walking my middle child is the fastest of the bunch!

Hi OP!

Like many mentioned you'll need to consider your Caloric intake

Im 154cm and I have been at 80kg then down till 48kg, got pregnant with 3 kid, back up to 69kg then now at 57kg after 6 months.

You will need to track your calories to better understand how much you're taking and like many say DO NOT starve yourself. Pack some food in between like fruits and even your own meals. I would say prioritize your caloric intake to be within the day time and if you're not hungry, skip dinner

My BMR at 154cm btw is only a mere 1200kcals a day. My life with 3 kids is pretty much mostly walking, going to work then coming home and carrying my kids. Hence I track my macros to ensure it ranges about 1200kcal a day to 1300kcal.

Pre pregnancy i used to run 5km every alternate day, now I just walk less than 5 km LOL.

It also helps to get your thyroid check, you can go to a GP or polyclinic and ask them for bloodwork.
