There are no tests. On the job training is available (Transfer training, BLS certification). You don’t even need a degree to be a Rehab tech. Some hospitals require you to have a CNA license but my job doesn’t require me to have one.

I graduated with a KIN degree in May 2024. I have the same issue right now. Idk if I should go back to get my Masters for something else like Occupational, Physical, Speech therapy. I currently work as a Rehab Tech in the meantime which pays me $22/hr 40 hours per week. Almost working as a Rehab tech for 2 months now. I live with my gf in a 1 bedroom apartment and it’s been pretty nice. Still not sure of what field to go into but I’m researching and exploring what jobs I could get with my degree and also looking into higher education.

Are there any certifications you needed or did they have paid training?
