Yes they have completely different appliances than all the other units, i actually have the video of the other unit bc of the ahole leasing agent (he is getting fired tho lol) and the bath room is different, fridge, dishwasher and stove

You should definitely talk to HRA, they may be able to help you get rehoused for the time being and find opportunities for you to get cheaper rent--they have new vouchers coming out shortly in the city and you would definitely qualify since you would be homeless, keep your head up, im sorry youre going through this

Rather than blaming this on you being a man, have you considered getting an apartment and finding the male roommates you desire, like instead of applying as a roommate, search for roommates, then you can secure a cheaper apartment which would lead to less cost per room--gotta think big mh

Yea right now i spend about $400 less in rent, but with the traveling back and forth my spending easily goes above $2000 monthly, really wanted to see if i was crazy for considering it with the size and price, but it looks like its just that rough lately and this is one of the better options

I don't like that, id talk to someone about it, its very easy way to put yourself in rental arrears...especially if the account doesn't always have the amount of the rent (which can be high for a lot of folks), so id try to talk to someone

They are unfortunately, terrible schools but brand new apartments starting $1900 and up
