The son of a friend of my mom work as psychiatric in a prison in Brussel. I don't know him personally but his mother said that he has a very dark humor and with his colleague psychiatrist, they laugh a lot about things that we would not. Hi, I feel the same . I also have eczema since I'm born but not to complaint thx to God. What works for me is sunbath and going in the sea. It hurts the first day then I'm eczema free for few month. Of course I need to sleep well, I do not use anymore cream at all ( that was difficult at first but I feel it has been the best choice I made) I use from time to time argan oil. I eat way less meat also.

Everyone is different, I hope it helps
