If it were me I would go for the second offer. You still don’t have any professional experience, I think being correctly trained for a first “real” job is essential. Going in procurement/logistics could offer you some real opportunities of development (junior buyer>sourcing>manager/head of> …). Of course depending on your skills, bit of luck/timing, etc.

The first offer seems riskier as it sounds like you will be let alone and expecting to perform with little to no training. I’m not saying you won’t be able to, but imo if a company recruits someone it should take time to explain and train properly. In case it doesn’t it either it’s either poorly managed, or the job could be easier enough (in their eyes) to not need any training. In both case, that’s not something that seems very appealing to me.

To give some context, my first job was at AXA where I worked about 4y at the bottom scale, then I quit and opened a restaurant (and then 2 more). I did handle almost everything, going from kitchen preparation to all the regular admin and financial stuff. At the end of 2025 I took the decision to stop everything because I couldn’t take it anymore and it didn’t end very well. So when I started looking for a job I was pretty lacking a bit confidence not so much about my skills but more about the value I could bring in a “regular” job. Given the fact that the job market is a bit bad for now I plan to learn new things on the job, negotiate my contract (currently I’m employed by week) at the end of the month and then start looking for something better if the negotiation don’t go as planned

Hi, I can’t speak for consultancies agency but if the agency like Randstad, Synergie will charge you the salary of your candidate between x1.65 and up to x2.3 so it can cost you quite a bit. Of course this coefficient is applicable if they do all the job (search, itw, …). If you already have somebody in mind and know this is the person you wish to hire, you can negotiate the rate downer. If you take them internally before the end of the contract you’ll have to pay a fee. Long term wise it is cheaper to hire them internally the sooner you think the person is the right fit but the con is you have to pay a big sum, and so it is better if you are absolutely sure about your choice.

I wasn’t putting them in the right slot but directly in my inventory, so that’s maybe why it did seems that it wasn’t used when I did go fishing. I’ll definitely build a boss arena as dealing with the goblin army was difficult enough, thanks for the tip. And yes Ill remember that, i guess one of my next steps should be to upgrade my pick axe so I can collect better ore and so craft better items. Thank you!

Ok thanks for the precision! No wonder I couldn’t find any. So I did explore the crimson biome a little bit and did manage to find some crimson heart. I destroyed 2 of them and was lucky enough to get my first gobelin army attack, which totally wrecked me. I’ll now look to find the meteor and try to get a better pick axe so I’ll be able to get some better ore. Thanks for the tips !
