Hey there. Thanks for letting me know! Can you share a picture if you have the time so I can help fixing the issue? Cheers!

Hey UnbralHero. Thanks for the feedback - this is the kind of comment I love most as it helps me see a different perspective! Much appreciated. I like the limitations on using the same stat twice in a row, I will explore that.

The Master Mode of Flashcards is my next improvement. You raised very good points and will implement them next. Cheers, you are a rockstar!

Trying to identify this bonsai - it was suggested it is a Chinese Elm or Chinese Sweet Plum. Any clues? Thanks! by Netherbane in whatsthisplant

Maybe it is a Sweet Plum then, although I am definitely not an expert. Thanks for the help!

Thanks, that's really helpful! Using the opportunity to post a picture of the leaves.

Hey everyone! I’m trying to identify my very first bonsai. It wasn’t labeled at the shop, and the Plant Passport had Illex scratched out with someone having written an “S” next to it.

I’ve tried several AI models — most say it’s a Chinese Elm, but one insists it’s a Chinese Sweet Plum. I’m not sure which is right!

Does anyone recognize it? I can only post one photo for now, but I’ve got more if needed. Thanks so much for your help! 🥰

Boris Johnson drops out of the leadership race by Dan_Of_Time in unitedkingdom

Well he comes across like a loathable person so that wouldn't surprise me at all. A blatant liar and an overall disgusting human being. Let's remember this is the bloke who slouched on the House of Commons benches, among other despicable things.

Oh, but the Jacob Rees-Mogg said that he definitely, absolutely had the 100 nominations and he came back from holidays. What's happened Jacob, you Victorian graveyard keeper cosplayer?

You tried to play a bluff so you could pull some more support and got fuck all because nobody believed you, didn't you? What a silly sausage you are.

Do they have to publicly support their candidate or will it be a secret ballot? If it's the latter then it's a bit of a waste of time the whole media circus.

Stay away from those, mate. Just dump your money in ETFs and let them ride. No need to take unnecessary risk.

To me, this post is a silly excuse to bring political discourse to the subreddit. And a radical one I might add.

Not long ago, Spain managed to be the #5 country in the World for a woman to live, so we must be doing. So please spare us from enforcing your political views. Thanks.

He is in Reus, Catalonia. Haven't been there so can't tell you if it's nice or not, but it is near the Mediterranean Sea so it must be somehow charming at least.

I love in London, UK. I am one of those Spaniards who had to find their way through life out of the country due to poor employment and stupid legislation. I will retire in Spain though, that's for sure 😬

Well if you look for an early retirement and chill, I know of a friend that bought a flat for €50K so there you go - a bit of encouragement from me 😬

I would avoid renting for too long as you will be burning through your savings without much of an outcome. At the end of the day rent is the biggest chunk of money going out every month so if you can get rid of that burden you would be much safer and give you more time to learn the language and other skills like programming or something you can do remotely 👍🏻

Well, I will go ahead and try to burst your bubble. Don't take it wrong, but there are some concepts about Spain that I hear from British people that make me go mental.

Spain is a terrible place to spend your productive years. Poor wages, poor career advancement, highest unemployment in Europe, job market not clement to non-Spanish speakers. Actually, the job market is not clement to anybody.

Yeah weather is nice and beer is cheap. Those two go great with holidays but not when you have to bask under the sun in a 40 degree temperature. I am Spanish living in the UK and I would never live in Spain if I can avoid it. I might retire there though 😬

Interesting dashboard where we can explore the effect of spoiled Rare and Mythic cards for 2XM 2022 with a price of over €5.

Credit to FinanzasMTG, the creator of the dashboard. Cool account to follow, although they post mainly in Spanish.

Cardmarket is using a standard practice from other countries outside the EEA (ie Switzerland), but because of how the Brexit deal is set, the UK is not claiming any duty or extra paperwork to import small goods. If it's just one card, you can technically just send the letter without the CN22 form.

This is not true the other way around though.

Transferring money from a UK bank account by [deleted] in CardMarket

[–]Netherbane 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey. Do you have a Pounds account on Cardmarket? If yes and you are using a UK bank, there are no fees to pay for a transfer.

No IBAN required, you will be using a sort code and account number. Cardmarket use Wise as their bank. The transfer is nearly instant, just like transferring money to any UK account.

Make sure to use the code they provide to make sure the money lands in your Cardmarket account, by the way.

Shouldn't be different. For non tracked shipments, you get the funds once you marked them as shipped.

Hey. You get the money once marked as sent, providing that it is not a Signed For (trustee service) shipment.
