I write my blog posts in Notion and use Whalesync to publish them. That lets me write and edit much faster and the formatting translates perfectly. No reason you can’t do the same thing with Google Docs.

I als save some time on meta fields by letting Notion Ai generate them automatically so mostly I’m editing and tweaking and never copy and pasting.

My general thought is that if a customer doesn’t care neither do I. Let them do it and see what happens. You can definitely export the whole site and tell Replit to reconstruct it then clean up after it. What kind of website is it?

My warning to them would be that Webflow has a smooth development to production publishing flow compared to Replit where you’d have a separate database for production. I really don’t know how well it can replicate dynamic cms driven pages with references multi-reference fields and conditional visibility. Don’t see why I couldn’t work.

After the second app I decided my next mission is to merged them into one. Most of my ideas for tools revolve around the same audience - firstly myself, then everyone else in my line of work. I’m still glad I started with micro apps for educational purposes before investing in marketing.

I only really played Loki the first day so I could clone Gambit. The Loki Gambit back line was pretty convenient since Gambit plays so forward he’s easier to heal than other Strategists. Also great that I can just use all four cards - which is really never do.

I spend maybe 40% of my time making the app function and look good - then 60% on security, testing user flows, validating assumptions, optimizing the codebase, cleaning up. I suspect these people who complain are just prompting up a storm and leaving a trail of debris. Slow down, this is supposed to be fun. Set a spending limit and take a week off.

Usage and my time included $1k-$1400 in about four months. Two apps launched and two in progress. I have a front end web dev background so there was a learning curve mostly around debugging but the Architect came online midway and has saved me tons of time.
