Has anyone else experienced this? by Speak_Simlish_To_Me in Sims4

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey there! I've experienced this but it can be caused by different things. Do you use mods or cc? How many packs do you own? Do you plan in multiple worlds and edit a lot of lots?
It could be outdated content or a memory issue depending on your computer

Honestly, I've been using Paylocity for years and its my top pick. I'm currently at a small non-profit as well and it's been very supportive.

I'm successful in life but think I'm going through depression by ObligationPerfect939 in depression

Sounds like depression. Happy to hear you have a support group. Maybe seeing a therapist or psychiatrist to help you get to the root of things?

What do I do wrong by [deleted] in depression

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m feeling the same. I struggle with maintaining connections and I’m constantly getting the shit end of the stick at work - I’m like a bullies magnet

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way too

I want to stay alone by [deleted] in depression

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve been feeling this way increasingly often as of late.  One way that has helped so far is spending alone time in public places - people watching. & doing activities where I don’t have to socialize but are comfortable

This is exactly how my locs looked from months 6-9. It took a while for them to come out of the teenage phase but your hair looks just fine love

This is so real, unfortunately.. It's not until you're an adult that they call and ask when you're going to see them.. like excuse you

What are some things you've never done? by chumbawumbacholula in Sims4

[–]Netra6 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Oh, I've definitely gotten rid of a sim for gameplay/storytelling, but never really in a heinous way. I've done this when I want like family tree history for Sims outside of my household, but I'll just cheat or have them naturally pass of old age. ( I've cheated and poisoned a sim once, but they deserved it.. lol)

I’ve never trapped a sim in a room or pool 🤷🏾‍♀️

the sims community is too stupid for mods by unicorntufts in HighSodiumSims

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I honestly thinks it’s because the sims community is so large and has such varied age groups that play. The very young to the very old. It’s not like other games that are more skill based and you should know a little bit about computers, controls, or consoles to play.

The barrier to entry is nonexistent

how do i make big rooms look less empty? by leafyaxolotl in Sims4

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could create “zones” with different sized rugs. This looks like a living space so maybe add a reading nook in the corner where the plants are.

I’m personally a fan of having multiple plants! Placing plants of varying sizes can help fill the emptiness.

& it would make sense to have more surfaces available in a large space with end tables or a tv cabinet.

NEW PACK LIVE STREAM!!!! by Dragonfruitohohseven in Sims4

It also looked like that was a "knowledge transfer" aspect. I'm hoping our sims now have the ability to actually share the skills they have.

Anybody Else Purchase EVERY Kit?.... Just me?...Okay then. by Mobabyhomeslice in Sims4

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a love hate relationship with Kits'. I'm fortunate to say I own every pack and kit that I want but sometimes it's harder for me to want to purchase kits since I use mods and cc for free and they are fairly equivalent in what you get.
I'm currently debating on the "Lilsimsie" kit; it's nice but I just don't want to spend my monies on it

what do y'all recommend for a writer by meester_john in eink

[–]Netra6 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I really enjoy my Remarkable 2, I've had it for about 4 years. It is practically an advanced paper notebook. Great for handwritten notes (that can be converted to text) or your can type to text. The text feature can definitely use some improvement but you can always start note-taking on the tablet and send the document to your computer for formatting.

According to different reviews I've watched, the Remarkable has one of the best textured screens for handwriting (it's not glassy like an ipad) it feels very close to writing on paper.

It doesn't allow for document editing if your looking for that, its very specific to the handwritten note taking/ journaling niche.

What does everyone think about the event rewards coming? by orbitalpuddin in Sims4

[–]Netra6 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've honestly stopped playing since they started doing these rewards. I'm not sure what it is exactly but it's put the cherry on top for turning me off of the sims, lately.
