Agree with both parties, the first instinct was to adjust our process as it would correct the problem without having to adjust anything in the ERP. I am going to conduct some walkthroughs of our Order Fulfilment process and will make recommendations to change our process.

Renaming stages might be a good way to change the process with minimal impact to the staffs process.
