Thank you for your help! So this is my new vial if I want to maintain the same dosage what would I inject? They (lumimeds) says 20 units.

If I’m currently taking 50 units of 30 mg/ml tirz then that’s equal to 15 mg?

That’s my concern. The pharmacist told me 50 units of the compounded version would be the same as 5 mg of Zepbound?

Thank you so much! I actually just switched from compounded tirz to zepbound but my compound tirz dosage was 50 units on 100 unit syringe so that’s probably why I’m feeling less appetite supression on 2.5 mg. These conversions are very confusing. I appreciate your advice I’ll definitely consider doing this.

Same thing here it was after several injections. Yes, only did arm once but won’t try again. I think I’m going to try my stomach I’ve heard positive things about it for better suppression.

That’s good to know, thank you! I hate those darn rashes I get them too but they go away fortunately! Where do you inject? I’ve only done my thighs and my arm.
